No. You can shop at Luxxydee without creating an account. However, register with us and you can save time at the checkout, receive the latest updates, news and sales information!

Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. When you are ready to proceed with the order - do so by clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method. We do the rest!

When customers make their order, we try to get the products packaged and shipped out to you as fast as possible. If you have ordered more than one item, your order may arrive in more than one package. You are still able to track all items in your order.

We simply don't know. You may be required to pay import charges upon receiving goods. Luxxydee does not have any control over these charges. Customs policies and import duties vary widely depending on the country. Please contact your local customs office for information specific to your country.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details, which will include a tracking number.

You will be required to sign for your parcel but if you are not at the designated address when delivery is made you will be directed to the nearest post office for collection of your parcel.

It's important to us that you receive your purchase as quickly as possible. Your order will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on location. Please allow 3 – 21 days for delivery.

We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:

- If a product is damaged or faulty upon delivery - we offer 100% refund. 
- For returns, please email customer@luxxydee.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
- Please note customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
- When returned item (s) are received and inspected, we will send a confirmation email, notifying the status of the refund.
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method shortly after.
